What are keys to code?

Keys to code is a description for when we can cut a replacement keys without having the original key to copy from. This is done using the key code which is usually stamped onto the face of the lock. See Image below.

This service is most useful when all keys have been lost, but also when you require spare keys but don’t want to send off your originals to be copied.

The most common applications we cut keys for include lockers, desks, filing cabinets, and post boxes, but are able to cut a range of over 100,000 types of key.
